Handy garage to have here as it's 24hr for fuel, and the shop has a few bits in other the the essentials.

Robins garage went the extra mile to fix our Audi which was being repaired under warranty. We were delighted with the service we received. They also fixed our other Car (a BMW) at a very reasonable price. It's like having two new cars again. Very happy. Highly recommend

We went here because we needed a part for our water barrel. Ended up spending more than intended. Got some lovely bit and pieces.

We were in ilfracombe on holiday and purchased 3 new tyres for our trailer tent. Unfortunatley the holes werent big enough for the bolts. We contacted coastal engineering to see if they could help by drilling them bigger and the young man there was very polite and helpful. Told us to bring them in and he will sort them. He was quick and professional. I would recomend him totally. Good honest helpful company . thanks mr harrison

this dry-cleaner really knows , ive found the quality cleaning and finish , second to none, all done on the premises. great helpful service by the owner. even did a service wash for me after my washing machine failed! and the bonus i can park right outside.

Holidaying in Ilfracombe after travelling 500miles to visit Cornwall. Brakes needed checked and the guys were able to fit us in really quickly. The staff were so friendly and kind. Checked everything over and gave us peace of mind. Didn't charge us the earth either. So grateful. Thanks!!

My family and I would like to say thank you for everything you did for us at Mark Osborn''s funeral. It was a beautiful and respectful celebration of life for our beloved Mark and the people at A.D. Mark Evans and his team did an excellent job removing a much too big conifer and lopping my hedge to a manageable size and sweeping up after. And at a very reasonable price. And the main aim of the exercise was to reduce the hedge without breaking the telephone wires with which it had been entangled, and this was achieved. Excellent, thank you. And they are really nice people. Thoroughly recommended.

I have used Arbmark on a number of occasions and found them professional and reliable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Mark is very helpful and a font of knowledge on all things arboricultural. Highly recommended.

Richard & I had a very clear vision of what we wanted our wedding photos to be like. Relaxed. Natural. Real. It was important that we find someone to capture who we really are and take photos that really reflected the happiness of our amazing day. Steve is not only a fantastic photographer but has also become an amazing friend. His creative style of photography meant that our wedding photos were completely unique to us as a couple. They were exactly what we wanted; natural, fun and beautiful. It is no secret that I am not a fan of having my picture taken, but when they are taken by such a compassionate and experienced photographer it is difficult not to fall in love with every single photo. I often find myself scrolling back through the photos, smiling at the happy memories they generate of what was a perfect day. We couldn't imagine anyone else taking our photos now and are very much looking forward to our upcoming family photo shoot with Mr. Nuth. We were drawn to Steve's style of photography instantly - beautiful, relaxed shots which told a personal and individual story. I chose the photographer for my wedding before I chose even the venue! As two people who dislike having their photo taken, the last thing we wanted was to feel centre of attention and posed all day. Steve took time in advance to get to know us and listened to our thoughts and ideas. On the wedding day Steve just fitted in with us and felt like a part of the immediate wedding party. He made our guests feel equally at ease, many of whom assumed he was also a close friend of ours. He didn't once pressure us for time throughout the day, but still got the group and portrait shots we'd requested and more. The final photos are beautiful - a perfect mixture of individually creative shots and relaxed moments. Together they create the perfect story book which brings back memories and feelings a don't think another photographer could have captured so perfectly. I remember Steve reassuring my mum (more accustomed to formal structured shots) that he'd captured plenty of moments. And this is how I'd summarise Steve's work - he doesn't just take a photo, he captures the moment.

Grant recently photographed our whole extended family as a gift for my mother-in-law. It was a difficult task, with 21 people to organise, including many strong-willed toddlers and tiny babies. Grant was fantastic - he was patient, encouraging, fantastic with kids, and he immediately put everyone at ease. We couldn't be happier with the final product and would definitely recommend Grant for any photo-related request.

Precious Memories. Grant was my Daughter’s wedding photographer in August 2013. We enjoyed a happy and relaxed day, a church wedding followed by a walk back home, through the Village, to a reception in our garden. Grant completely understood what my daughter wanted in the way of photographs; they did the research beforehand, and he then efficiently and unobtrusively delivered the goods! We now have a huge collection of super photos on disc to remind us of the day. We have group photos and dramatic location shots, as well as lovely informal portraits of our guests and the children as well as “The Happy Couple”. Do contact him for your occasion.

Kingsley's are just okay. We used them for some cards a year or so back , flimsy and not great quality. Frankly, rude and dismissive chaps in there at the time. My experience only and things might have changed. Barnstaple is a better bet for us.

Used Kingsley printers for the first time last week and used them again this week, they are great, last min prints, staying open late for me to collect and cheap too! Will use again for sure.

Have used this company on the recommendation of a cousin for a couple of years now. They've provided excellent quality uniform at reasonable prices. The selection of possible products is seemingly limitless. Particularly good for being able to call up and order a few items at a time with existing designs.

What a fantastic removals company! Stand head and shoulders above their competition. Ryan is such a nice guy. He and his men are professional, know exactly what they are doing, work efficiently and enthusiastically with masses of energy. They moved the contents of 2 x 6 bed houses all in the same day! And managed to remove a large sofa through a two storey window as well! Great guys, nothing is a problem. And on top of it all they are very reasonably priced. Best Chinese takeaway food I've tried. We went for the set meal two. It was enough for three.

Great food. Really tasty and not bad value for money either. Food was ready in about 20 minutes. The only downside is that they don't deliver (at time of writing) and only take cash payments.

Delicious pizzas, fantastic chicken and lamb shish kebabs, fresh salad, tasty burgers... Great selection of sides and extras... Free local delivery... Open 7 days a week from 4 pm til late... Best takeaway not only in Ilfracombe but all of North Devon, if not the whole of the UK!!

This place is out of this world. We had their chicken kebab, fried chicken and a burger and chips. Really impressed with all of it, but the main draw is the staff. So kind and friendly. We're from London but this will be our first stop when we return. Good work, fellas.

Decided to use Somewhere2travel2 after recommendations from colleagues. They organised our dual destination trip to Barbados & trinidad, including all transfers. And it worked out cheaper than when i was looking on the internet. Everyting was just as we expected, and would definitely use again

We stayed at Palm Leas last week and had a lovely time. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable with all that you need for a perfect holiday. It is in a beautiful quiet spot overlooking the sea, but is a short walk to Ilfracombe Harbour and the coastal path. We hardly used the car and found the bus service very good when we wanted to go further afield. We highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning soon. Ann, the owner could not have been kinder and when we arrived there were lovely roses, a bottle of wine, tea, coffee and biscuits to greet us. Definitely a magical retreat for anyone wanting to escape the stresses of everyday life.

Positive: It is walking distance from the harbour and town. The place has a beautiful garden. The house is nice, clean and cozy. Beautiful kitchen, dining room and a beautiful upstairs main bathroom. Lovely laundry room. Negative: When we booked we were told that the place sleeps 8 people. We were 8 adults. What they did not say was that it sleeps 4 adults and 4 children. There are 4 bedrooms Downstairs (bedrooms): 1 main bedroom, 1 very small kids room with a bunk bed Downstairs (bathroom): shower, toilet and hand basin. Upstairs (bathroom): bathtub, shower, toilet and hand basin. Upstairs (bedrooms): 1 very spacious main bedroom overlooking the nice garden. 1 very small kids bedroom with a double bed. The ceiling in the kids room slopes. We kept on bashing our heads against the low ceiling. The kids rooms have very limited packing space. The kids rooms are very cramped. We had to leave some of our luggage in the dining room. The staircase is very steep.

Lovely ladies that work here and were happy to help our dog when we were only visiting for hols. So no appointment and not registered but we were in the nurses room within 10 mins! Fab! Xxx

Fantastic staff and a warm & friendly environment. My pet was remembered by name, seen quickly, treated pleasantly and professionally, follow-up appointments were readily available, and the bill was very reasonable ... and she was given treats! I highly recommend Charter Vets at Mullacott

Had to take my Princess to get her dew claws cut, lovely receptionist and vet that saw her today. Claws sorted in under five minutes, thanx guys she’s much more comfy now, we can enjoy the rest of our stay xxx

We was in the area on holiday and found that or dog Sammy had a tick, we rang Argyl and they advised us to bring him in, which we did, they removed the tick and didn't charge for the service but we did purchase a tick removal tool from them for a small fee.
